Have Fun and Improve Your Game

Tennis improves strength, speed, agility, flexibility, endurance, both large- and small-muscle skills, mental toughness, and problem-solving skills. High school tennis has particular rewards: Fun outdoor exercise, group camaraderie, a chance to excel at a lifetime sport, and, most importantly, sensing improvement through focused effort.

If you work hard you will develop: clean ball-striking, a good serve, passing shots, strategic lobs, overhead smashes, doubles and singles strategies, and mental toughness.

This academy is for players who are committed to learning and improving. Be prepared to have fun while giving purposeful effort. We will try to make every minute on court contribute to your development as a player.

What to Bring

Racquet, legit tennis shoes, shorts with pockets, water bottle, hat or visor, sunscreen, positive attitude.
